We spent the day in and around Lausanne - it was HOT (84 F/29 C). Below is a cornucopia of sights from the area.

We took a boat ride and saw lots of vineyards. It was a real paddlewheel boat.
Our destination was this castle on an island.
Our last stop was at a winery, Domaine du Daley. It was a beautiful place with great wine.
