I was able to take a few photos of Motovun before we left this morning.
This is our hotel. Our room has a 14 ft ceiling!
The town is surrounded by the original medieval walls.
This is the view from the walls.
This is the upper gate leading into the old town where the hotel is.
And this is the lower gate.
There is only one road into town (through the two gates) and it is too small for anything other than cars.
As we were leaving this morning our driver pulled over briefly to allow us to take these photos of the town. Awesome!!
